Initial unfolding animations by parent drawers are skipped when the inspected targets change.
This means that all unfolded parent drawers start off fully expanded with their member drawers immediately fully visible.

Initial unfolding animations by parent drawers are played when the inspected targets change.
This means that when the inspected GameObject changes, you can probably see all Components inside the inspector view for a short moment, before some of them are possibly unfolded, which could push down some components outside the visible part of the view.
